The parish policy on inclement weather follows:.
In case of inclement weather, St. Leo's follows Fairfax County Public Schools. When the County is closed, St. Leo's school and parish facilities are closed.
On the weekend, please listen for County evening and weekend activities. If the County closes these activities, St. Leo's activities will be closed also.
The church, however, is always open for Sacraments and Holy Mass. We urge parishioners to be prudent in deciding whether or not to come to Mass. Please do not risk slippery streets or sidewalks if your neighborhood has not been plowed or treated and streets are dangerous. There is no sin in missing Mass if your streets are not safe. |
